Richard's background is in electrical and electronic engineering. Across more than two decades, he has worked in technology, financial services, telecommunications and major transformation programmes, including leadership and delivery work connected with Capita, ICAP, Transport for Greater Manchester, Samsung Semiconductor, Tellabs and Comverse.
